Ben Kolkman, Tour Chief
A lifelong resident of Minneapolis, Ben has been in sales and marketing since 1996. He started in real estate the 2001 rehabilitating and renting residential properties and eventually left his day job, in medical device sales, to work as a full time REALTOR®. Ben loves working with people and representing his clients helping them to buy, sell and invest in real estate successfully.
Being a good Realtor® means serving the community, that's why Ben organizes the Remodeled Home Tour. He volunteers with neighborhood groups, professional associations and housing related organizations. He also tours area schools, churches and new real estate listings every week.
